Observation: Norway is a petro economy with abundant financial reserves. There appears to be little discussion of AI driven change in the political system but the key defence and some economic leaders show awareness of the need to develop AI capabilities and to build a policy framework for AI. The Norwegian Central Bank does not discuss the issue in its public discourse.
